Born to migrant parents, Najla (pronounced 'Nudge-La') Turk prides herself on having a bi-cultural identity. Living and working as a Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CaLD) women in a Western world has proven to have many advantages.

With over 35 years’ working experience and high level communication and leadership skills, Najla draws on her formal qualifications, Vocational Education and Training (VET) facilitation expertise, lived experience of diversity and inclusion and creative ability to build individual and team capabilities.
